I am seeing... sweet hand stitched bag, a birthday gift from my youngest daughter
I am hearing... chatter of girls
I am smelling... freshly laundered clothing
I am tasting... kukicha twig tea (good bye coffee)
I am feeling... cool crisp morning air

ReplyDeleteThank you, Grace. I'll drop by and visit your blog soon, too!
DeleteLove this, have a wonderful day.and by the way what is kukicha twig tea? I would love to give up coffee.lol
ReplyDeleteSticks and twigs from the tea plant (though I see Gen says below it is also known as Pau D'Arco). It's not coffee, but it has been a good replacement for me. If you are wanting something that tastes more like coffee, Mountain Rose Herbs sells a herb coffee with dandelion and chicory, or look in my delicious links in the sidebar for the recipe for Dandelion root coffee. It wasn't bad ... though I boiled mine too long and it was really bitter. Let me know what you think if you try them! :)
DeleteWould love to be sitting with you!
ReplyDeleteI'd love it too ...
DeleteThanks for the sweet post. I liked reading about your daughter making something for you. My youngest, PUMPKIN, made me a new apron for my birthday:) Daughters are wonderful, aren't they?
