I am seeing... idea board cleared away and awaiting new inspiration.

I am hearing... 2 sisters singing and another playing guitar... songs of praise filling the house.

I am smelling... spicy black beans simmering on the stove.

I am tasting... Constant Comment tea with honey and soy milk.

I am feeling... the nudge of creativity- fabric for prayer flags drying as I write!

I am seeing...  sweet hand stitched bag, a birthday gift from my youngest daughter

I am hearing... chatter of girls 

I am smelling...  freshly laundered clothing

I am tasting...  kukicha twig tea (good bye coffee)

I am feeling...  cool crisp morning air
